Coleus is such a useful border plant. I used to grow it indoor in pots.

I did not know that Coleus flowered. How cool is that!!

I didn’t either. At first I thought it was sage or lavender or salvia growing through the coleus, but I looked it up and sure enough, it was the coleus bloom. I love this challenge, Cee. It makes me go out and walk around my yard and see what is blooming. I just got back from the first day of Camp Estrella in Ajijic. I saw an incredible hibiscus and came in to get my camera. It was hot and humid in Ajijic today, but evidently rained here so everything had water beads…so I walked all over my garden and got enough for a week or more of Flower of the Days. Great because I hate not to post every day but have to leave my house by 8:15 so not much time…Now I’m loaded for bear. I hope.
