Recycled Dream
I can see only one person presently reading my blog (Hi, Angloswiss) who read this when I posted it two years ago, so I am going to give a link to it here. It is one of 4 or 5 posts I’ve made on the subject of dreams and not the one I was looking for, but interesting to me because I don’t remember either the dream or having written this piece, so I imagine even if you read it way back then perhaps you have forgotten it, too. HERE is the link.
The one I was looking for was a precognitive dream I had where two incidents in a row were foretold. I know I’ve written about it but can’t find it on my blog or on any storage drives or my present computer, so the next time this prompt cycles around, I will write about it. For now, here is another dream you might have some interest in. Look above for the link.
In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This).”
How close I’ve been to posting…again…my “Trip to Florida.” Oh, how, very, very close. But I’ve held back. I will refrain, because I am a woman with self control 😉

I always ALWAYS read your blog but somehow had never read this. Very intriguing.
P.S. You know in real life I would have given you half my dessert.

What a dream. I think I have these kinds of dreams all too often, where it takes me a while to actually realize I am just dreaming and that noise is actually my alarm! However, most of the time, it’s funny how I could just immediately forget what I was dreaming about within seconds!
I did have a recent dream that I actually do remember, and have been thinking (obsessing) about it a lot, whether it is just my imagination running wild or my subconscious saying something…
If you do have the chance, would appreciate you checking it out: https://humsofsum.wordpress.com/2015/07/30/dream-mash-up/
I hope you are able to achieve all your goals while pacing yourself! Don’t forget to smell the roses along the way, the journey and experience is what makes the achievement all that sweeter 😉 xx

Your blog wouldn’t receive my comment so i’ll comment here, Hums. I think you’ve done a good job of interpreting your dream. The only thing i might add is that it is said that every character in your dream is a manifestation of a different part of yourself. Perhaps your friend’s coming out combined with your present state of being single has your subconscious exmining the different archetypes within your own psyche..I think we continually do this in our lives, so nothing strange about it. Thanks for sharing your interesting dream. Judy
