Accidental Oddball: Cee’s Odd Ball Photo Challenge

Accidental OddballIMG_0840

I wish I could take credit for this picture, but I don’t have the least idea how it happened!  I was using  a digital camera, so it can’t be a double exposure–can it? At any rate, we were in Guadalajara having a wonderful time shopping near the Libertad Market. We were having fun trying on these wild watches, and then I saw this girl trying on glasses and thought it would make a good shot.  Little did I know.  Life loves an oddball, I guess!!!

It looks like a double exposure. There are always these unknown buttons and dial settings and every once in a while, I apparently brush one with a hand or a sleeve … and something interesting results. Sometimes, I figure out what happened and can repeat. The rest of the time? I never know.

Well, this helps to make it one, Cee. We should really give serendipity the credit. There was another of the same subjects, actually, but different. I don’t think there is any way it could have been mirror reflections, though, because of the jagged edge. I’m wondering if I did a panoramic by mistake and since I didn’t move the camera, it resulted in this? I’m going to try that and see what happens. I have a Nancy Drew complex. Can’t stand an unsolved mystery!! At any rate, thanks for choosing it to feature.
