It is so strange and I’ve held onto it for months, changing this and that. I’d forgotten what flower it was so last night spent some time searching it out and discovered it was that morning glory I had so much trouble shooting. It’s impossible to get the colors because the petals are semi-transparent and wash out. Boosting the color just made it look fakey. This time I just hit black and white as an afterthought and although I still don’t think it is a fabulous shot, it is the best it’s been and I get to get it out of my sight and consideration! Ha. No flowers beachside so I have to mine old shoots…Ha. nonintentional pun.
