I love the openness of the land. It brings tears to my eyes. That’s what country should look like. That’s what the west means to me.

Wyoming is one of the states I really want to visit — this is a lovely view! The tree is saying “Just watch me grow!”

Both Wyoming and South Dakota are really beautiful. The area of WY around Sheridan, especially. I prefer the Bighorn Mountains to the Tetons. Sheridan town is unique as well–a western town that has preserved its main street and its flavor. And the country around it? Rolling hills swarming with antelope, beautiful mountains, green hillsides. I always love going there.
