It’s such a beautiful flower! There is an arboretum in Fullerton (at the campus of the CSU there) where there is a wonderful wisteria arbor — so pretty it makes a nice place for a spring wedding.

Is it near the library? If so, I’ve seen it. Beautiful gardens.

It’s on the northeast corner of the campus, near a stadium. The arboretum is fairly large, with a heritage doctor’s office on the grounds, and a really pretty little lake. It’s a beautiful garden, and the wisteria arbor is gorgeous in the spring!

May have it confused with another. aha.. yes. I was thinking of the Huntington Library, I believe..Trying to remember where it is. Somewhere N. of L.A. I should google it.

I was just going to reply to your previous reply with that information. The Huntington Library is also across the street from Cal Tech, and not far from the Los Angeles Arboretum in San Gabriel. It’s a beautiful area, and there are probably wisteria arbors in each o the above. It’s a beautiful flower!

So showy and gorgeous dried as well. They look like really finely carved wood.

The Huntington is located near Pasadena in the city of San Marino, twelve miles northeast of downtown Los Angeles. The Huntington has two entrance gates: at Allen Avenue, just south of California Boulevard, and on Oxford Road.
And I see the wisteria is blooming there, too, now. There is a gorgeous botanical garden next to the library.
