The owner of this chocolate shop gives all the proceeds of her business to Hope House, a local shelter for abused and neglected boys aged 2-18. Amazing. I’ll show some of the confections later.

Unfortunately, yes. I just sampled..But I’m ordering my birthday cake from there and Jane just bought the topper for me… a lotus blossom, closed, with one candle in the middle and six clustered around it, one on each petal. When you light the middle candle, it ignites the others and the petals slowly open as they burn. So cool.
