Where do you live? I have six different varieties in my yard in Mexico.

Growing up in southern California, we had three hibiscus bushes – a single red and double yellow and pink. Everytime I see one I think of playing “pretend” with my friends in our backyard – usually acting out some fairy tale or playing “horses” where one corner of the yard was the stable. We had a piece of rope that one person put around the other person’s waist and we would follow each other galloping around the back yard.
