This flower was so tiny that I would have missed it if I hadn’t been on my knees! Those are blades of grass around it if you need a basis for scale. It was smaller in diameter than a dime.

How pretty, with the red or purple outsides of the buds, then the white flower!

I’ve come full circle. I used to do this when I was very small–surveying the world in miniature as I lay in the grass of our yard!
