It is being built in the Raquet Club where I live. The house is constructed of bricks, then chicken wire is nailed on and the cement mixture is splatted against the wall from a trowel.. thrown hard against the wall so it sticks. Later it is smoothed over and allowed to dry… You can see all the stages of construction in the photos I will be putting up within the next two days. I was fascinated by all the textures.
What an interesting construction — I can imagine all the workers throwing cement against the brick wall! Will look forward to the rest of the construction photos!
This is a great pic. All that classical formality, and then the wire and the rusting barrels.

That’s what I do too when I see a nice view or in this case an interesting door…reverse and stop the car! regards, Teresa
