Oh to replicate this town all over America! How did we come to equate immigrant with criminal or undeserving of help? We have to find a way to reclaim the definition of America as welcoming of anyone seeking a better life.

Amen, Sister! Just crazy that so many who call themselves Christians are supporting those who have villified whole races of people as a ploy to further their own financial goals. Everything has been flipflopped, somehow.
