        Yep — it runs from San Clemente up the coast to Newport Beach and just a little farther! Truly a sliver of high-end coastal-viewed mansions, with !ots of regular homes behind the coast. It used to be very R, a Rohrabacker district — now is D, with Harley Rouda as our representative. Rouda appears to be one of the best of the freshman group this year!
