That’s a beautiful red orchid! I don’t think I’ve ever seen one quite that bright!

I’m coming for one week Feb 29-March 6 and staying with Gloria in my former rental house. Will you still be there?

Is this a common breed? I don’t think I have seen a red orchid before. Beautiful ❤️

I don’t know. I photographed it at the orchid show. It was actually a deep rose color..

I had hoped you actually were growing orchids. The purple one Garry bought me for our anniversary decided to bloom again except this time, it’s white with a magenta center. Do you think they inject dye into the roots to get those amazing colors? Or do orchids change colors?

Don’t know. I actually do have 4 orchid plants. One I’ve had for years. Three others I bought at the show.
