No.. I got the Cuban dancers years ago in Cuba and the others are old carvings I had in my studio.. all hanging around hoping to be incorporated into art pieces, but they have a lot of competition.
Three of them are wood carvings I bought in Cuba that I had sitting on the ledge. This wasn’t staged..I was taking a photo of the back yard.. actually trying to catch butterflies in flight. When I saw that I’d captured the dancing figures as well, it seemed good for this challenge. One of the other carvings barely seen is African, the other one Mexican.
What fun — are they new?

They’re great in your yard — but probably not safe for any length of time from the ravages of weather!

Luckily it is an illusion and they were all sitting on my studio widowledge–inside.

Well, as safe as anything is in my stuffed-full studio.
