Liked this and passed it on to friends who do not have a dog or cat that would slobber all over such great art, others can put them in closed cases or high up, like I do.

Maybe she stuffed it with catnip, I have a cute little armadillo that is all scratched up, do not know who to blame~! I try to keep all valuable carvings and stuffed animals up high or in a glassed cabinet. Tami has two toy boxes that the maid puts all of her stuff back, but within an hour or two she will have them all taken out.. She will not let the cats play with them…mostly they get a bird on a string or a bright light thing that drives them crazy. That is my lazy, crazy cat toy.

To the kittens, everything was a toy, but the cats pretty much leave things alone…except for the lampshades on the lamps on the case at the head of my bed.

You are so right, but my Eppie is destroying my house one door frame at a time. I have made several scratching post and position them strategically and while Coco tears them up, Eppie still prefers the door facings and the cedar post on the sun porch and the other porches…. She has ten thousand trees outside but my house is her favorite place to keep those claws sharp.

So here was my take on exactly what you have said~!
