I almost threw away the center photo, considering it a mistake, but then I realized it was a good representation of contrast of textures. The zipper on the cobblestones was a lucky find on my way home from a beach walk. Looks like someone just finished zipping up a crack between the stones. The Lirio photo was taken on that same walk. Then I came home to relax in the hammock and accidentally took the center one. Oh the lucky texture of our lives. I am so grateful for it.

Are you sure the top photo isn’t one of a scorpion?

I immediately recognized the center one as ‘you on your hammock’, the only texture missing was your brightly painted toes sticking out the side, but that would have been a dead giveaway~! Oh I have three post properly planted down by my creek and two hammocks to hang between them… I also have several hooks in trees around my house. A perfect way to lie quietly, watching for where the humming birds are building their nests…. I know of no better way to do this as they are difficult to find, and a good reason to just relax and enjoy~! Ginny, my friend will be here in less than two weeks to help us enjoy our fall season, even if it is October – December~!

I’m glad you have occasional guest and family visits. As well as a facility for enjoying your own company.

These are great Judy. I especially like the back stories to each photo.
