   I know. They sleep so soundly, but the minute Oscar arrives to walk them, the dogs bolt up from a dead sleep and are out the door in one bound… before he even puts the key in the gate from the street. Amazing what they hear in their sleep. And although the cats are confined to the front yard and the dogs to the back, whenever I feed one or the other, the other knows immediately.
