When I sent my neighbor David a thank-you for sending me the photos of Coco and Zoe on the roof—naughty kids—because their mom and Yolanda forgot to shut the gate up the stairs, he shot back this answer, which I didn’t receive until this morning:
“HECK, WAIT! There’s more. . . . and then there’s Morrie! With some prodding, he got the nerve, too . . . and joined the rooftop party!
Above are the photos I had missed last night as they hadn’t yet downloaded. If you missed yesterday’s post, HERE are the photos of Coco and Zoe he’d sent.
What a great picture of the three of them on the roof. I smiled.

I guess Morris hadn’t learned his lesson.

No he never did. I had to put up a gate to keep them off the roof. I think it broke Frida’s heart.

Those are fantastic pictures. So you have a dog sculpture on the roof. Of course they wanted to visit their pack mate up there.

Don’t know if you know Frida’s ashes are inside that sculpture. That was her favorite spot.

Judy I read that when I read the first story (but read it 2nd) Sound like she is still acutely missed.

She was such a sweet dog. Met her as she ran down the side of the major (and only) 2-lane road that runs around the lake. She was running toward Joe and me and looked like a rat! I scooped her up and since I couldn’t find her owner in any of the houses nearby, she was mine. People would come from Guadalajara all the time and dump dogs because they knew the ex-pats were softies and would take care of them, hopefully.
