Welcome to “The Numbers Game #52.” Today’s number is 173. To play along, go to your photos file and type that number into the search bar. Then post a selection of the photos you find that include that number and post a link to your blog in my Numbers Game blog of the day. If instead of numbers, you have changed the identifiers of all your photos into words, pick a word or words to use instead, and show us a variety of photos that contain that word in the title. This prompt will repeat each Monday with a new number. If you want to play along, please put a link to your blog in comments below. Here are my contributions to the album.

Your usual excellent varied set. No. 4 is quite intriguing

Thanks, Derrick. I have been so crazy busy that I haven’t had much time to read blogs lately and only post them because Forgottenman sends me the links or sets up the post and tells me to get busy! I’ll be over to catch up with yours soon. Thanks for being such a faithful observer and commenter.

Fun photos! I thought that circuit panel with the coins it was some kind of artsy collage or something. It could be! ~Ed.

Funny thing was that I took this photo in a local artist’s studio. It was not intended as an art piece, however–just a utilitarian usage of appropriately-sized coins in place of fuses. Yes. Dangerous. Made for a great photo, though.

The art is mine, the quote by Isidro in response to a chapter in book entitled “In Mexico There is Always Music” and the donkey is one of the denizens of the lakeside. More about him in a comment above. More comments about your additions to the Numbers Game on your blog!!

Another great selection. My favorites are the fireworks cake, the dripping pipe, and the two colorful abstracts near the end. Here’s mine this week: https://grahamsisland.com/2024/12/17/the-numbers-game-52/
