Recent rains have brought out dozens of blooms and buds on my favorite hibiscus bush. It is so high that it stands far enough above the wall so my neighbors have emailed me thanking me for beautifying their world!!! I thank it for beautifying mine.

Thanks, Brian. Every one is this gorgeous. I gave a start to my neighbors and now they have the beginnings of a bush themselves.

What a joy to see the rain awaken the beauty of the flowers. I love that exchange of happiness between your garden and your neighbors. Sometimes, nature gives us little gifts that brighten everyone’s day.
