Click on photos to see larger views of these budding jewelry artists! All total, 30 kids took part in my jewelry making group today, 8 at a time. Each person’s work was so unique that I just had to take a picture of each one with his or her bracelet. I put out the beads and cut the stringing material, and the kids worked with utter concentration. So much fun. On Wednesday, we make earrings!!!! I love working with kids here. They are so creative and each one does entirely their own thing.

My friend Gloria found a good use for this old boot, but I think it is nature’s intention to reclaim it. It now resides on a ledge in my front garden.
