I tried cropping the improvised chicken wire doggie fence but somehow, I like the photo better with it. I also like that Paciano hasn’t trimmed back this errant branch that shoots out from the bush. My plants are as unruly as my dogs!!!

I have lots of new photos of flowers, but cannot resist posting this photo instead. I swear it was not set up. I found it exactly as photographed! If the bottom spear is a Mother in Law Plant, then the leaf must be the Son in Law!

This orange hibiscus  creates the fewest blooms of all the hibiscus in my garden. Makes me appreciate it all the more. Absence does make the heart grow fonder.
