I thought i felt an earthquake two days ago that went on for some time and discovered it was the small fan I’d placed on the table that was causing it to vibrate!
A 7.6 quake centered in Huatulco — felt all the way to Guatemala, according to the news being broadcast here. I’m glad you don’t know about it — that would tell me it wasn’t bad where you are! 🙂
Oh this is so beautiful 😀

No.. it was far to the south, but I believe they felt it in Mexico City.

I’ve heard about Mexico City but I don’t know how close you are to it, so I was concerned.
I am glad you are not affected.

I was near the epicenter of the Loma Prieta earthquake and survived so yes, I can survive a faux one just fine.

A lovely shot! I heard about the earthquake as I drove home from Santa Barbara — are you ok? Did you feel it? How is your house?

No.. we are a long way from the quake area. Thanks for letting me know, though, as I do have friends there..
