The Prompt: Musical Marker—We all have songs that remind us of specific periods and events in our lives. Twenty years from now, which song will remind you of the summer of 2014?
Pabu, who is lying on the hassock by my feet, immediately broke into heartfelt wailing at this one. She was very moved. My first inclination was On The Road Again, but then that is more of a song for life than for this particular summer. However, we will be hitting the road before long to go to Florida to meet the new baby, who I’m sure will inspire song.
