Cee’s Flower of the Day Challenge 8/12/15
Today I just wanted to play with a detail of one rather wilted Thunbergia blossom that I snapped a picture of. I just wanted to use it in a painterly way to see how far the image could be stretched. I’m rather limited in my editing choices, but it was fun.

If only, Judy, if only. Sadly, no vacation, just a battle with sciatica and not winning but for now it’s quiet…or quietish

Sciatica is a horror. Wish I could send Pepe the massage magician over to you. He is amazing. I had it on both sides after a year and a half of dealing with foot surgery…He got me back in alignment and everything pushed and pulled and prodded into the right place. Are you going to teach this year or retire?

i retired in 2002 at the age of 55 and i’ve not been in a classroom since, not even for a visit and now that i’m 68 it’s highly unlikely i’ll ever see the inside of a classroom again…and no loss..what’s over is over

It makes for a great abstract. I like the black and whites and the light purple best, but they are all so cool.
