A surprise when I went down on a photo expedition in my garden this morning. I’ve never had this color of dahlia in my garden before. I guess it is another example of chaos theory!!

And a surprise that they were all in bloom and some past their prime. I’ve been to busy to come down into the garden. The past two days I’ve been working in studio–one to clear it out and orgainize a year’s accumulation of “stuff” and today, finally, to work. Thus I can enjoy the lower garden as well since my picture window looks out on it.
