“A Little Bird Keeps Tweeting Us!”

Here’s another wonderful Simon and Garfunkel parody on the subject of Mr. Trump’s Tweetings.

BRILLIANT! Thanks so much for what would have made me laugh if it weren’t so dreadfully tragic – and frightening. And STILL there are those who support him. I. just. don’t. get. it.

Will be pinning to my UN-thinkable today Board.

This parody is funny! Did his poor wife move to the White House yet? I really can’t even imagine personally spending an evening with his relentless narcissism. Since November, and most unusually, Claudia Procula has been close in mind.

What an interesting comparison. What is known about her? Did she have a Pontius Tower to retreat to? Or would it be a Pilate Tower? I had to look her up as wives weren’t much mentioned when I went to Sunday School. Even Mary barely merited a mention outside of the month of December. (Yes, I was a protestant.)

The women of the Bible, all the way through, are astounding people, especially in their rights-less times, but even now! We will find ourselves in so many of them, and our possible better, stronger, compassionate, powerful selves.
