Bloggers

The world is awakening. See? One-by-one
they enter the blog world to share in the fun—
all the day long, until they are done.
Then with the day’s passing and the death of the sun,
in the hours after midnight, it seems there are none.

The problem is really time changes. When I lived in Israel, no one every called me during the day. They always called me at three in the morning and I never remembered the conversation or for that matter, whether or not I was speaking English or Hebrew. So not only didn’t I remember the conversation, I didn’t know if whoever called understood ME.

There are midnight and later bloggers. But there’s that stupid time zone thing and my midnight isn’t yours. It’s a tragedy, but I’m working on a solution.

I knew I was oversimplifying but, you know. Poetic license? I do notice that views slow down incredibly after midnight my time, though. I used to have more readers in India so after midnight was a good time, but I think they have all faded away.
