Geraniums, Blue Fescue, Lobelia, Lantana and Kalancho in my new planter by the pool. I went out to photograph these this morning, got involved in a dozen projects and was just informed by Forgottenman at 11:22 tonight that I’d never posted! Story of my life. Thanks, Forgottenman!
For Cee’s FOTD
I would be pulling a few of those out if that was here. A couple of weeds of hate that grow rampant in the bush. Otherwise it is quite pretty 🙂 🙂

Lantana mainly…the bane of my life. The Kalenchoe looks innocent enough but they can get away into the bush too 🙂

Lucky you to have such beautiful weeds.

Lantana is spiky, long and tangly They just cover and smother the native plants that grow slower changing the understory and ground covers. This can also impact on eucalypts that may rely on a pathogen or soil microbe the trees roots feed on. My native flowers are all I need 🙂

I do, too. Occurred to me it may be the lantanas that grown like weeds there. They grow into trees here.

I would be surprised if it didn’t grow wild there too
