So, that’s what those plum blossoms are called? I have looked for their names everywhere! We have them in Manitoba and they are beautiful!

There a two trees planted so closely together that they look like one tree–half cistena plum and the other half cistena cherry. It is in my sister’s yard in Phoenix. I had cistena plums in my yard in Wyoming years ago. Beautiful trees with purple leaves.
