Judy, this was an amazing response to this challenge! I especially liked how you brought us from your childhood and then chronicled a day of weather in Mexico. Wyoming was a great snowy touch. Thanks for participating.

Just found a photo of a piece of hail in the shape of a heart that I found in Iowa when a family picnic was pelted by huge hailstones, but don’t know how to fit it in..Thanks once again for the prompt. I know it is a lot of work!!!!

Judy, here’s what I would do. Prepare a WP post titled Weather, part 2: Look at what I just found. Then post it. I’d like to see it!

I love the poetry you shared to flow through hour photos, Judy. The gentleman with the hats, and the terra cotta planter face are favorites. And I agree with Anne, Do a part II

I did it, although I also made a discovery while doing so re/ the supposed heart-shaped hailstone.

So beautifully constructed, Judy. I enjoyed the journey through the day. And glad I’m not in that snow!

I used to lie in the back window of that car and left a carton of my colors there that melted all over the ledge under the window. So part of me remained even after my dad traded it in for a new one!
