    OOps.. After working on this for over an hour, I posted and when I tried to link it to the prompt, I discovered it was a prompt from 2015!!!! Perhaps it is one of the Prompts from WP asking us to post from the past. At any rate, I answered the post back then. Here I am, posting it with different photos. Perhaps you’ll want to use it as a prompt as well.

      That was a block from my home, Sadje. After 4 days of constant rain, a waterspout lifted off the lake and emptied onto the mountain behind me. Tons of huge boulders swept away all of the downward running cobblestone roads, taking some houses, all of our electricity and routes of escape. It took over a year to repair the damage. luckily for me, it passed on either side of my house without touching the house…I did a blog on it you should be able to see by searching for ‘Avalanche..”
