This was such a fun challenge. I couldn’t resist adding a photo of my grandma and me. Perhaps adding a black and white is cheating, but it is the only photo I have of her and me. I think I was two. She died before we ever saw each other again.

This beauty was one of dozens flanking the effigy of the Virgin Mary near the plaza in San Juan Cosala. The church is filled with hundreds.
