Each stage of a flower opening has its own beauties. By tomorrow, this hibiscus bloom should be opened fully. The next day, it may have fallen to the ground. Yesterday I went down to the garden and there were two perfect blooms on my new white hibiscus bush. Today I went down to photograph them, and they were gone–lying on the ground, tightly wrapped in their burial shrouds. On my way back up to the house, however, I saw this bud which tomorrow will be in full bloom. The world keeps refurbishing itself.
