Should I take it that youre not interested in hearing any further from me despite your praise? Given that you havent followed…

Not at all. I’m fascinated by your blogs I’ve read–I think about 5 of them including the interview with and video on Laura Jane Grace, whom I’d never heard of. I think you are going to take me into unfamiliar worlds which is part of what I love about blogging. Sorry to have “hurt your feelers” as my stepkids used to say–by not hitting the follow button. Yesterday and the weeks past have been a busy and confusing time and I’ve had to read blogs on the fly. Sick friend and a big birthday party yesterday and 2 weeks of counseling for a summer camp for kids meant blogging was squeezed into early morning and late night hours for the most part and not very organized, reading on the fly and not always getting back to what I’d been reading. You are now officially followed and I take it all is forgiven…

Well no, not exactly. If you’re not interested in following a blog, read away, but don’t comment and then not follow surely? That’s just insulting. Like I said, it’s saying to the person ‘I have no further interest in hearing from you, but perhaps you’d like to follow me’. I think it would be best if we both went our separate ways, so I’ll unfollow you now and you can do likewise. I was only being polite following you anyway. Bye.

Feel free to unfollow me, but I was actually enjoying your blog so I’ll continue to read it. I don’t follow just to be polite…ever.

Oops..I think I responded to you in the wrong place…Meant to say to you that they often do in a strong wind! A month ago they were completely covered in black swallowtail butterflies..constant motion almost impossible to capture with a still camera.
