But Zoe was sacked out on the bathroom rug where she had gone to keep Mom company while taking a shower.
In case you don’t know, Zoe was spayed yesterday afternoon. Mom was worried, but Zoe seems to have come through it with flying colors. The vet said Just as she was giving her the shot to anesthetize her, that Zoe reached up and licked her on the face! She had a fan club by the time I picked her up 5 hours later.

Nope. The dr. only gave a 4 day supply and we don’t have another supplier! She’ll have to quit cold turkey.

Neither do we; it’s only a little sailboat, but we have joined the club in order to keep her there.

I went to the vets and begged her to let Zoe resume her walks with Oscar. She loves them so and goes crazy when she can’t go along. Finally the vet said okay but don’t overdo. I said he walks for her an hour and she said that’s okay. You really can’t tell that Zoe’s had an operation. Her behavior is pretty much like always, but less rough housing. The other dogs seem to realize that they should go easy on her as well.
