Flowers way past their prime have a charm all their own. These tenacious ladies seem to be clinging to the stalk for as long as possible, just like some of us intend to do!!!
(The century plant blooms once–for a very long time–and then dies, but another plant always springs up in its place.)

Hanging Gardens!
A nursery in Ajijic hung marigolds from a massive tree at its entrance for Dia de los Muertos. Stunning!
