These tiny coral growths on this palm-sized rock I picked up on the beach may not literally be flowers, but perhaps the moss qualifies. At any rate, they are beautiful and flower-like. Had to share them.

These huge hibiscus flowers were painted on the side wall of an outside restaurant next to the plaza in La Manzanilla, where I come for two months each year.

I’ve been incorporating the egg carton flowers I made earlier into arrangements making use of various material found on the beach. You can enlarge the photo by clicking on it. Off for a day trip to a small beach town an hour north of here. Perhaps I’ll find real flowers!!!
