Another of Jackie’s beautiful flowers. Orchid?

This is a macro of a nosegay so tiny that it was impossible to see the intricacy of the flowers until I blew up the macro. So pretty and totally overlooked as individual flowers without this boost. It was a tiny centerpiece on my friend Patty’s dinner table. The entire bunch was about two inches across and the flowers about a half inch wide.
Below is a photo of the table with the flower cluster above seen on the green striped mat in the center of the table. There are actually two clusters of the flower in that tiny vase. I’m showing this so you can see the flowers to scale with the other objects on the table as the flowers above are enlarged greatly.

I love the subtle blush of this not-yet-opened hibiscus..as well as the little window opened in the leaf by some hungry insect.
I just found this photo taken shortly before I left Mexico ten days ago on my computer desk top. I can’t seem to keep this little creeper in its place. It has spread to pretty much every part of my property, even from front to back yard and now seems to want to take over the garage (not to mention my computer). I must admit I don’t do much to try to contain this unruly guest as I love its determination and the fact that I also love its little blooms contributes to my permissive attitude.

It’s supposed to snow tomorrow so this may have been the last day for these lovelies. I’m not sure what they are. Mums? Dahlias? Anyone know?
